Schutt is committed to providing athletes with the highest quality protective gear; if your equipment does not meet your expectations, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that customized helmets and reconditioned gear are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, padding components, and hardware are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment for safety compliance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
