What is the standard shipping timeframe for custom orders?
Standard equipment typically ships within 3-5 business days. However, custom-configured helmets or shoulder pads require an additional 10-14 business days for professional assembly and quality inspection.
Do your football helmets come with a warranty?
Yes, all Schutt helmets are backed by a multi-year shell warranty. This covers structural defects under normal playing conditions, provided the helmet is reconditioned by a NAERA-certified facility every two years.
What is your return policy for protective equipment?
We accept returns on unused, non-custom items within 30 days of delivery. For safety reasons, equipment that has been worn on the field or used in practice cannot be returned unless it is found to have a manufacturing defect.
Can I purchase individual replacement parts for my gear?
Absolutely. We offer a full range of official replacement parts including jaw pads, chin straps, faceguard hardware kits, and valve needles to keep your equipment in peak performing condition.
What payment methods do you accept for team orders?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay. For large school or organizational purchases, we also accept verified Purchase Orders (POs) through our specialized team sales department.
